At A Glance: What Insurance Providers Do We Accept?
Everyone in the office is exceedingly professional and kind. I always leave the office feeling better than when I walked in. The front staff is amazingly helpful at explaining insurance coverage and is very re-assuring with any concerns. I had the pleasure of getting deep tissue massages from Jamie, and have loved how she creates a relaxing but also fun environment. Dr. Knutson explains things in a way that are easy to understand and makes me feel very comfortable and at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone seeking out chiropractic care.

Health Coverage For Chiropractic Care
Does my health insurance policy cover chiropractors and chiropractic care?
With so many different insurance policies, it can be hard to understand coverages for chiropractors and chiropractic care. To find out what your specific health plan covers, we will need your insurance ID, group number, full legal name, and date of birth. With that information, we call your insurance provider and find out your exact insurance coverage for chiropractic care and services.
Which health plans cover chiropractors?
Health care coverage for chiropractors depends on the specific health plan that you have. When you send us your insurance information, we find out your actual coverage and go over it with you at the first appointment. If we find out that you aren’t covered, we will let you know before your appointment - at that time, you can decide whether to keep or cancel the appointment.
What if chiropractic services aren’t covered?
Unfortunately, chiropractic services aren’t always covered by insurance providers. If we find out that your insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic care at our clinic, we will let you know as soon as possible. At that point, we’ll discuss your options of getting care without coverage.

How much does a chiropractor cost per visit?

During your first visit, we will go over the quote from your insurance company and do our best to show you the cost per visit and give you options on how you would like to pay.

Out of pocket costs for a chiropractic visit depend on your insurance plan and coverage. If you aren’t sure about coverage, reach out with your name and insurance information so we can check on your coverage.
Motor Vehicle Accidents & Injuries At Work
I was in a car accident; how does my insurance work?
In Oregon, all licensed drivers are mandated to have a minimum of $15,000 of personal injury insurance per person. If you are in an accident, you will need to call your insurance and let them know that you were injured in the accident. Your insurance will thenopen an injury claim and give you a claim number. This claim number is what we’ll use to bill your insurance for payment of your treatment. Chiropractic care that is covered by vehicle insurance doesn’t require a co-pay, but it will sometimes have a small deductible. Contact us with your insurance information and claim number, and we can find out what the specific billing process is for you.
